Julie Next Level Business Solutions (“I,” “me,” “my”) runs julienextlevel.com. This policy explains what information I collect, how I use it, and the choices you have. I keep it simple, and I don’t sell your information. Ever.

What I collect

  • Information you give me. When you sign up for my newsletter, fill out a contact or booking form, or email me, I collect what you share, such as your name, email address, business name, and anything you write in the form.

  • Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this site uses cookies and basic analytics to understand how visitors use it (for example, which pages are visited and roughly where visitors are located). This information doesn’t identify you personally.

How I use it

  • To send you my newsletter, if you signed up for it.

  • To reply to your messages and schedule consultations.

  • To prepare for our conversations, using what you share in my intake form.

  • To improve my website and content.

Who I share it with

I don’t sell, rent, or trade your personal information. I use a few trusted services to run my business, and they handle information only to provide their services to me:

  • Squarespace hosts this website, processes forms, sends my emails, and provides analytics. You can read their privacy policy at squarespace.com/privacy.

  • Calendly for scheduling virtual meetings; Google Meet for conducting virtual meetings and calls.

I may also disclose information if required by law.

Email
Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out anytime. You can also email me at julie@julienextlevel.com and I’ll remove you.

Cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though some features may not.

How long I keep it
I keep your information only as long as I need it for the purposes above, or as required by law. If you’d like me to delete your information, just ask.

Your choices
You can ask me to see, correct, or delete the personal information I have about you by emailing julie@julienextlevel.com.

Children
This site is meant for business owners and isn’t directed at anyone under 18. I don’t knowingly collect information from children.

Changes
If I update this policy, I’ll post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date.
